Nexturn NST Complex 3-Channel Multi-Axis Swiss Lathe Series

With a 12 station turret, gang type tool post, and sub-spindle, Nexturn NST Series multi-axis lathes provide complete machining solutions for larger diameter precision parts.

The CNC Swiss machines accommodate maximum bar diameters of 45mm, 56 mm and 67 mm and maximum turning length of 150 mm.

Main spindles with 15 HP (11.2 kW) – 20 HP (15 kW) and 5,000 – 6,000 RPM speed capacity, and 7.5 HP (5.6 kW), 5,000 – 6,000 RPM sub-spindles are accompanied by live tools with 1.3 HP (1 kW) and 6,000 RPM maximum speed. C-axis contouring is available on both main and sub-spindles.

The machines can apply a maximum of 39 tools to completely machine parts while performing a wide variety of simultaneous operations.

Excellent rigidity results from the use of FEA technology in machine structure design.
