You Ji DSM Series – Duplex Milling Machines
Longitudinal X-axis travels for the five-machine series range from 23.6″ (600 mm) to 72.8″ (1849 mm) and Y and Z axes’ cross-travel extends from 14.7″ (373 mm) to 35.4″ (900 mm). Rotary table sizes start at 20.5″ (520 mm) square and the largest versions are 39.4″ (1000 mm) square.
You Ji YV Series – Vertical Turret/ATC Turning Centers
The 25-machine series of You Ji YV Series vertical turning centers is engineered for small to medium part machining. Standard cutting diameters range from 10″ (254 mm) to 40″ (1016 mm), and maximum part weights from 440 lbs. to 6,600 lbs.
You Ji YV/VTL Series – Vertical Ram-Type Lathes
The You Ji YV and VTL Series of vertical ram-type turning lathes are built for large, heavy part machining. Starting with the 24″ (609 mm) table VTL-800 machines and ending with the 177″ (4495 mm) table VTL-4500 units, the 29 machines in the series offer a wide variety of size and configurations for productive processing of medium to large size parts.
You Ji VTH Series (Hydrostatic Bearing)
You Ji VTH vertical turning centers are engineered for heavy duty turning of large workpieces. The series is comprised of 32 machines with standard cutting diameters ranging from 130″ to 350″ (3300 mm to 8900 mm), and spindle power extending from 100 hp to 133 hp.
You Ji VTS Series – Vertical Fixed-Rail Turning Centers (bearings production)
Automatic tool changers with 28-tool Capto C-6 or BT-50 capacity are standard. C-Axis and automatic pallet changers are optional, and a twin-ram arrangement is an option on the five larger machines.
You Ji VHL Aircraft Series – Vertical Turning Centers with Side Head
The five-machine series of You Ji VHL vertical turning centers with side head is ideally suited to aerospace manufacturing applications. The combination of a vertical ram and integrated horizontal side head facilitate multitasking including turning, drilling, tapping, milling and grinding.
